Shannon`s Dinner: Pork Kabobs, Potato amp Veggies

This is what I made for dinner one day last week. I had picked up some Mediterranean seasoned pork loin kabobs so I took them out of the freezer to defrost. Once frosted, I cooked them under the oven broiler until they were cooked through completely (about 20 minutes). As for sides I made baked potato (it`s under my corn - I love veggies on top of my potato!), a can of Green giant low sodium corn, steamed broccoli and some canned green beans. I do have to say this dinner was absolutely delicious! I wanted some apple sauce for the side with the pork, but we didn`t have any. It was quite flavorful, so the apple sauce wasn`t a necessity.
