Shannon`s Dinner in 4 minutes or less!

<div style="color:#000; background-color:fff; font-family:Courier New, courier, monaco, monospace, sans-serif;font-size:12pt"><div style="RIGHT: auto">T<var></var>his is what you call dinner on the fly.&nbsp; I`ve been trying to re-train my brain into preparing meals ahead of time for the week so I can stay on top of my weightloss and not slip off into the abyss.&nbsp; I had drafted up a meal plan for the week (for my boyfriend and I) and since some of the items were imterchangable I asked him what he felt like -- and he chose this.&nbsp; This was really a helpful meal because I had a LOT of Christmas wrapping to do last night and this meal took 4 whole minutes to "cook" and then serve.&nbsp; I had a package of Jack Daniels Pulled Chicken in the fridge, so I cut the bag and heated it through in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.&nbsp; I then heated through a bag of Uncle Ben`s Ready Rice Pilaf in the microwave
(cooks in 90 seconds).&nbsp; I served up our meals (5.33 oz of pulled chicken), 1/2 cup rice pilaf and some bagged tossed salad on the side.&nbsp; So quick, so easy and quite yummers!</div>
