I`ve been trying to re-train my brain into preparing meals ahead of time for the week so I can stay on top of my weightloss and not slip off into the abyss. I had drafted up a meal plan for the week (for my boyfriend and I) and since some of the items were imterchangable I asked him what he felt like -- and he chose this. This was really a helpful meal because I had a LOT of Christmas wrapping to do last night and this meal took 4 whole minutes to "cook" and then serve. I had a package of Jack Daniels Pulled Chicken in the fridge, so I cut the bag and heated it through in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. I then heated through a bag of Uncle Ben`s Ready Rice Pilaf in the microwave
(cooks in 90 seconds). I served up our meals (5.33 oz of pulled chicken), 1/2 cup rice pilaf and some bagged tossed salad on the side. So quick, so easy and quite yummers!</div>
