This was my healthy and yummy breakfast this morning! It was very filling, to the point that when lunch rolled around I wasn`t terribly hungry. I had 1/2 cup scrambled eggbeaters, which I topped with siracha (LOVE that stuff!), 2 oz of home fries (leftovers from dinner the day before), 2 slices toasted light italian bread and some sliced kiwi and strawberries. It was delicious and the fruit I feel really helped bring it all together.
