Now, I still need to sign up to the gym.. but that will happen when it happens. In the meantime I can just train at home, I used to do 20 minutes of zumba everyday, but that everyday became every other day.. and then a week.. and then like, never. I think I need to start on my diet first, I eat junk! So im gonna try this shake out, it looks pretty tasty and Would give be a boost of energy and help me tone up.
