This is one of the workouts I do for my abs. This workout is really killer but so effective.
It works your upper, lower, and transverse abs and help get rid of that belly pooch. So start now and try this! I challenge you to do this right now! 10 minutes, you don`t need much time, so no excuses. You`ll feel amazing after it. I love when it hurts... I know, I`m kind of a weirdo, but you should really do this workout at least three times a week and you will see the amazing results. There are pilates moves in it, I love pilates and yoga.
