Its been a really long time since Ive done a monthly beauty favorites post since Ive kinda been MIA from luuux. I realized though that I dont even have that many beauty favorites anymore in comparison to last year. Ive kinda settled down from purchasing makeup and if youve read my posts from the past you can probably tell. I cant even believe September is almost over but Im excited because its fall and I just love this time of the year. Anyways, here are my favorites for the month of September!
Prada Infusion dIris Eau de Parfum: I purchased this a while back and I bough it at the same time as another perfume, but its only now that Ive been wearing it a lot. I first smelled this perfume from a sample I got from one of my Sephora packages and I seriously finished up that sample vial which was a sign that I really liked it because Im very picky with scents. A little of this perfume goes a long way and its a fresh clean scent with some citrus notes to it.
Essie Good to Go Top Coat: Seche Vite was seriously a favorite top coat of mine but Ive decided to stop using it just because the smell was starting to bother me and because of the warning on the bottle I thought it was a good idea to just stop using that. If the company puts a dangerous warning on their bottle then why take the risk? Plus it was a hassle to always have to thin it down the thinner whenever it would get thick and goopy. I picked up this Essie top coat on a whim on day and its been really good! I have no reason or plans to go back to seche vite ever again!
Essie Yes We Can Pink nail polish: This has been on my toes pretty much all summer. Whenever I got a pedicure I would bring this nail polish in to have them use on my toes. I just love the look of white nails. This nail polish isnt exactly white but it looks white even thought there is a tiny hint of pink to it.
Clean & Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser: The Acne Free cleanser that Ive been using forever hasnt been working out for me lately so I saw this at Target one day and decided to give it a try. This is a thicker cream cleanser that can be used on a daily basis and its been working out for me really well. I love the cooling effect if gives on the skin!
Maybelline Dream Matte Powder: I got this powder a while back when it was all the hype but I never really used it much until recently. Ive always been a Bare Minerals gal and I ran out of my Bare Minerals foundation loose powder so I used this and I was quite impressed with it and have been using it non-stop lately.
