I went to Sephora yesterday because I really wanted to try out the Urban Decay 24/7 concealer. I`m sure we all have that one product that we`re constantly trying out to find the perfect one. Concealer happens to be one of those products to me! But of course I couldn`t just stop there lol on to the goodies!..
1. Ultraflesh Black Magic $20: I`m an eyeliner junkie. There is never a day where I don`t have at least eyeliner on my top lash line. That being said, when I saw this, I was instantly intrigued! Its like a little eyeliner palette that has 3 different sections. The first section has 2 black eyeshadows, one matte and one shimmer. The matte one is very pigmented but the shimmer one could be better. Next theres black gel eyeliner with a little angled brush. The gel eyeliner works great. Its very creamy. And lastly theres 2 little eyeliners that are mechanical. One is plain black and the other has glitter in it. They aren`t the greatest but with a few swipes you can get a nice dark line. Overall, its a good concept but I don`t really think its for me. The products aren`t really good enough quality for me to want to keep it.
2. Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Travel Duo $29: After smelling Flowerbomb for the first time, I really wanted to purchase it but since I`m not really the perfume everyday kind of girl, I can`t justify buying the bottle so I grabbed this travel size duo. Its a good price for what you get, a bottle of the perfume and then a vial of perfume so you can refill it BUT its really messy. The little bottle doesn`t have a rollerball or sprayer so you have to be careful and pour some on your wrist which leads to too much product everywhere. That being said, I`m going to be returning this for either the rollerball or possibly the mini spray which is $45 at Nordstrom opposed to $50 at Sephora.
3. Ms. and Mrs. Emergency Kit $13: I`ve always wanted this thing and while walking through the checkout line I finally decided to pick it up. Its a metallic silver bag that comes with everything a girl would need for an emergency. Theres lip balm, floss, breath spray, nail file, clear polish, polish remover, hair ties, hairspray, earring backs, stain removed, tampon, etc.
4. Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer $18 each: I picked up 2 of these concealers, one in my shade (DEA) and another one thats darker (M16). I got the darker one to try and contour with it after seeing Kandee Johnson`s blog post about it but it was a complete fail for me lol BUT I do love the one in my shade so far. It works pretty well and is very creamy. The only problem that someone might encounter is sharpening it because its so big. I`ll definitely be keeping it. I also heard that if you use the primer potion under it, it lasts even longer so if you try it, you might want to give it a try. I know I will!
Thats all for my haul! Let me know if you`ve tried any of these products and what you think! If you have any questions, let know
