Semi-Cold Yogurt by Neuza Costa

This recipe is by Neuza Costa
Ingredients for 12 slices:
2 cups strawberry for each half liter
1L of water
4 thin natural yoghurt
400ml of cream
2 cans of condensed thin milk
10 gelatin sheets
100ml of milk

1. Put half a liter of boiling water.
Place the strawberry gelatin in a bowl and mix well with the boiling water.
Add the cold water and mix well.
Place the gelatin in a manner previously wet and take it to a refrigerator for 4 hours to solidify.

2. When the strawberry gelatin is nut, soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
In a pan bring the milk to boil and when it starts to boil, add the drained gelatine leaves and stir well.

3. Whip the cream until stiff.
Add the condensed milk, yogurt and milk with the gelatin.
Beat until everything is well blended.
Carefully place over the strawberry gelatin and take it to refrigerator for 4 hours.
If leftover white cream, place in cups and store in the refrigerator.

4. Once solidified pass with a knife around the shape.
Dip the form in hot water for several seconds.
