I`m officially macaron obsessed! Well, after baking a failed batch of macarons, but then tasting how good they are, I just had to give it another try! I fixed all my mistakes that I noticed, and hoped it would work. I was much more successful! They at least look like macarons, not just blobs. Only problem: they were dry and crunchy, not soft and moist like they were supposed to be. But why? I fixed every thing. Then i realized, I`d accidentally used he wrong amount of egg whites! I only used three eggs instead of four, so I used WAY too much dry ingredients. Oops! I`m going to Give it another try, and I`m determined to get it right!
