One of my favorite things that I used to eat was seaweed salad. I`ve tried to eat the homemade ones, but the packaged ones always taste better, in my opinion. Although it`s not good to eat too much of this because of the dyes they use to make it a vibrant green.
It`s really nice and refreshing to eat, especially on a hot day. I like to eat it with salads, plain by itself, sushi, sweet tofu pockets (inari), or as a side with rice. It has a nice flavor with a hint of sesame oil. Sometimes you can find it with or without jelly fish but it has a nice crunch of the agar agar.
