Saturday was such a beautiful Spring day. Such a drastic change from all the rain we had last week. My sister in law invited me and my youngest daughter to watch the Mariners play the Chicago White Sox.
Little did we know we were about to witness history. Yes, we lost to the White Sox 4-0, sad day for a Mariner fan. But Philip Humber, the pitcher for the Sox, pitched a perfect game in MLB history. Now, any baseball fan, or anybody for that matter can appreciate what an accomplishment that is. It was great to see the Seattle fans root for the opposing team.
I was excited to be able to snack on sone garlic fries... but now I can also say I was at the game the White Sox kicked our butts. how often do you get to witness a no-hitter game?
