I`m a huge foodie (if you haven`t noticed by my previous posts) and I`m always excited to try out new recipes and even try to bake, although I`m not very good at it unless it`s boxed.
So last week I was hungry, it was late at night and I didn`t want to go order some take-out. So what did I do? I dug around my cabinets and fridge. Surprisingly I had all of these things in my freezer so I didn`t have to look very hard.
I had some individual packets of miso soup base (instant) from my friend so I made the soup from that, then I boiled a portion of frozen udon noodles (they`re chewy and super good!) The rest were just some vegetarian `meatballs`, imitation crab, fish tofu, and tempura fish cake. I garnished it with some scallions and pepper. Voila! Super easy, delicious and comforting during my late hours of studying.
What do you like to eat in the middle of the night? Or am I the only crazy one who eats at all hours of the day and night? lol
