The restaurant I work at accidentally made the wrong soup so I ended up eating it for dinner the other night. It consists of scallops, shrimp, and tempura fish cake. It was pretty tasty, a little on the bland side. I`m trying to make this sound more interesting than it really was. lol
Anyways, this is a healthy soup for anyone who is watching their weight because there isn`t too much fat or sodium associated with this soup. Since it was a little bland, I ended up throwing up some whole shrimp in there just for extra protein. Have you tried this before? It`s like a special take on some egg drop soup. lol
