This is a dish that I had for dinner. All the ingredients in this dish is just thrown into a claypot and cooked over low heat. It has fried tofu, squid, scallops, shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, carrots and water chestnuts. The sauce that is used is called Chu Hou Paste. Everyone was grabbing for the fried tofu first..lol.. Have you had this dish before?
