This seafood and tofu claypot has a mixture of different seafoods in it with tofu. It has fish, squid, shrimp and scallops. It also has shitaki mushrooms and, carrots, lettuce, and canned mushrooms. When I eat this dish, the first thing I dive for is the tofu. The only thing I don`t really care for is the mushrooms even though I know mushrooms are good for you. There are certain kinds of mushrooms I don`t like and it really depends on how it`s cooked.
