Since I woke up late, it was actually brunch so I made the easiest filling yet sort of healthy food item I can possibly make and that`s scrambled eggs! I added left over diced tomatoes as my healthy vegetable/fruit.
What I used?
- Organic Eggs
- Dash of salt/pepper
- Diced roma tomatoes
- Dash of mozzarella cheese
Scrambled eggs is self explanatory to make and for someone who`s hardly cracked eggs - I prefer to crack my eggs into a bowl just encase! Then, I stir the ingredients, heat up my stove, pour in the mixture and scramble away! I served my scrambled eggs with toasted bread.
