this is a really simple dish that my parents have been making for ages and i learned how to make. i mean i didn`t really even have to learn, i just kinda observed and it`s really not that hard! it`s just like making scrambled eggs only chives are added. my parents make it in a wok; then again, they do almost all of their stove top cooking in woks! when i was younger, i hated eating the chives but now i don`t really mind it. it`s not the best thing to eat if you`re on a low calorie diet since the egg yolk is included, but you could always do something similar with egg whites to lower the calories. it takes so little time to make, and i`m sure it`s something i`m going to make a lot next year when i`m in a rush and don`t have time to cook myself a meal.
