I didn`t know what to make for dinner so I just threw together some ingredients I had in the fridge. I cooked a sausage and sliced that. Then I chopped up Zucchini & Red Pepper. I added some pepper and mrs. dash seasoning too. It was very good with a side of brown rice. I`ll definitely make this again! My roommate had seconds and thirds of it haha.
