I love doing SAUNA, I have one at my gym!
Now i`ll speak about it a bit, SAUNA can be good and bad. Usually is good when you do the right way.
It opens your pores, which is good, and make you sweat and your body detoxes this way, but, too much time in one(more than 15min) and you`ll dehydrate, which of course is bad.
I advise drinking lots of water before and after sauna! Sauna is good for helping Nasal congestion; alleviation of pain, is good to have lower cholesterol; helps cleaning your skin; and much more
After doing SAUNA I felt pretty, relaxed and refreshed
Now you can look prettier =P
