So my brother and I decided to have a little cooking day, during this weekend. We rarely have this chance, since I work during the week, and I get home late. But this time, we worked together, on order to prepare a simple (maybe too simplebut effective) dinner.
We did not start very healthy, since we began with some tortilla chips with guacamole sauce. The sauce, called El Tequito, was the first Guacamole sauce I have ever tried, and I am not sure if they all taste the same, or it was just this one, but I did not like it too much. Anyway, back to the dinner itself:
My brother chose some fish fingers. He is really into fish, but I personally dont like them that much. I , on the other hand, took some frozen cordon bleu and cooked in a pan. They were with cheese and bacon, and cheese and mushrooms sauce. The mushrooms ones were better. I never taught that pre-cooked packaged cordon bleu can be so delicious and so simple to make. You can season both of them (cordon bleu or fish fingers) with garlic sauce or spicy tomato sauce. Try all of these with some Coca Cola.
