Many of you may live in the same city you were born in and some of you are like me, you may live a little ways or far ways away from where you were born. I was born in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. It isn`t the most exciting Canadian city and it doesn`t have a whole lot, but it does have one MAC store and one Sephora store lol. It is the province`s largest city and receives more sunshine annually than any other major Canadian City probably because the land is so flat there lol. In picture 2 you can see the Delta Bessborough Hotel which was built by the Canadian National Railway, which was one of the last hotels started before the great depression hit. This hotel`s design reminds me much of the Fairmont hotel designs in my province including the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in my city. I was surprised to see that it`s a city that`s quite rich in theatre and arts. You can see the Mendel Art Gallery and Conservatory in picture 3 and The Persephone Theatre in the 4th picture. I haven`t been back to visit ever, but do have relatives living there still. They visit us since there`s more to do where I live versus Saskatoon. One thing I love about that province is that they do not part take in all of that daylight savings time crap. Their time remains the same year round, so it can`t screw with you being late for work or losing or gaining an hour of sleep.
Do you live in the city where you were born?
If not where were you born and where do you live now?
Do you hate losing an hour of sleep too when daylight savings time starts?
