Oh gosh I haven`t been on here forever, but i`ve been saving pics of all the food and places i`ve been do to catch up on everything. Well Sashimi, from what I know, is basically just straight up raw fish. Not like sushi, but cut up and served just like that, along with some soy sauce and wasabi as usual. The restaurant we got the sashimi from was Yechon which is a Korean Restaurant! I`m not sure of all the fish they used on here but I defiantly know that they used Salmon, Yellowtail and Tuna. I`m not a big fan of eating raw fish straight up like that, but it was worth a try and I would eat it again!
