I went to Poole, Dorset with my hubby this past weekend for a mini holiday. We ended up staying at a hotel near the town centre but the actual beach was a 25 minute bus journey away. Sandbanks has various beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see. Actually from Poole, you can see Bournemouth beach! The landscape is stunning and is a haven away from the busy town centre. The beaches are very clean and the water is almost magical.
When we went, there was hardly anyone there so we felt as if we had the whole beach to ourselves. Sandbanks is also one of the richest places to live with the average sea front house costing millions lol. A little far from my budget but maybe one day.
If anyone hasn`t been to the Sandbank beaches, then I highly recommend. Have you been to Sandbanks in Poole before?
