*my photo* I went to San Fran on Monday and visited Fisherman`s Wharf. We parked kind of far because it was Labor Day weekend and SUPER packed everywhere. We ended up taking a lonnnnng walk but got to walk past a few street artists! This one was my favorite.
He makes BEAUTIFUL pictures out of SPRAY PAINT! It`s amazing just watching him do it. He`s a freaking genius. Most people think spray paint is used for painting science fair poster boards or graffiti art. But not him! I was walking past him while he was almost finished with a painting so I don`t know how he started off the painting. But as for the details, he would spray and scrape designs. I mean, how do you simply spray paint (which tends to fly everywhere..) and just scrape these designs! It`s not like he was using a very intricate tiny scraping tool either, it was pretty big! haha.
I really wanted to buy one for my new apartment but it was so crowded around him and I`m sure it would`ve been crazy expensive. Maybe next time!
Have you guys ever seen this type of art before?
