Omg..this is one of my favorite fried chinese dishes. It`s the salt and pepper spareribs but they use like porkchops instead so I don`t know why they call it spareribs. I think they fry the porkchops first that has already been marinated with salt and pepper. Then they stir fry it a bit with garlic and jalapenos. There`s this place where I frequently get this dish and theirs is the best. I`ve tried it from other restaurants and it`s not the same. Some places, you can barely bite through the meat and in some places, they use really fatty porkchops..yuck! I can`t wait to get these again.
