I usually don`t order rolls at Japanese restaurant, but when I do, I order salmon skin roll. The chef deep fry the salmon skin and it`s so crunchy. I love the texture of salmon skin. If you haven`t try the salmon skin roll, you have to. I would say it`s also a good roll to order for people who doesn`t like to eat raw fish. And I can never forget ahi tuna sashimi.
