I had dinner at a friend`s place and she made salmon tartare as an appetizer. I fell in love with the way she prepared it.
It`s pretty simple when you know the little details.What you will need is two salmon filets (chopped) marinated in lemon juice and salt and a sauce made with creme fraiche and dill. Marinate the fish for about a half hour and when ready mix with sauce and serve with slices of mediterranean cucumbers and capers. Top the cucumbers with a little olive oil and oregano or marjoram. Voila!
