My family decided to make salmon spring rolls today and man oh man did I stuff my face. Spring rolls are Vietnamese version of an egg roll. It`s way healthier because it`s not deep fried.
Here are some basic ingredients if you`re interested in making some:
your choice of meat; shrimp, pork, salmon, etc
You can basically put whatever you want on the rice paper and wrap it up. For the salmon spring rolls, we made a Vietnamese fish sauce dip. Usually for the pork & shrimp, we make a hoisin sauce dip.
The best part about spring rolls, they fit in well with your diet :)
