Hey everyone! I wanted to share with you my dinner from last night. I`m a huge fan of salmon so I ended up creating a dish with orzo pasta. If you dont` know what orzo pasta is, it`s pasta shaped like rice. I cooked up some onion, mushroom, garlic and spinach, broiled some salmon, and threw the pasta in the pan. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and some mrs. dash and voila. Simple, healthy, and delicious dinner! What did you eat for dinner?
