Salmon On A Platter

Today I went with a tried and true appetizer that is not only easy to put together but it tastes amazing. Everything can be made ahead of time and then placed on the plate last minute.

I take a filet of salmon and chop it up finely, then marinate it in lemon, salt and olive oil.
The sauce is a blend of mayo, cream, onion, salt and fresh dill. Once it`s ready to place on the plate I slice some Mediterranean cucumbers and add capers.
