Lately I`ve put away my cupcake baking tools and brought out my dumbbells to create a fit and healthier lifestyle.
Well... I wish it was that simple! Clean dieting, supplement taking, daily workouts and training is my new lifestyle. I`m now 2 months in and i`m feeling great!!
This is an example of what I like to cook for dinner. I have to eat in proportion and maintain a good diet. My aim is to not only be healthy in the inside but i also want tight abs. I think theyre absolutely gorgeous and i really appreciate girls who already have abs. Their dedication is something i admire :).
But anyway, abs are made in the kitchen. And here is a good yummy idea, enjoy!!
