Salmon Dinner

grilled fresh wild salmon over a baby spinach salad with homemade honey dijon dressing. It is accompanied by an organic gluten-free quinoa rice fusilli with spinach, cherry tomatoes and garlic, and I also cooked up some sweet corn on the cob and drizzled it with a butter lemon sauce and topped it with some smoked paprika. It was delish!
