Salmon and Shrimp

For the other night, I decided to combine two of my favorite seafood options: Salmon and Shrimp. I needed a quick meal option because I was starving, and because the salmon was already thawed this was the best choice.

When you have a good cut of salmon, you only really need to season it with a bit of salt and pepper. I also mince up fresh garlic (because everything tastes better with garlic!). Toss the salmon filet in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and you`ll have a perfectly baked salmon filet.

As for the shrimp, some of you may think this is weird, but I actually like the shell on my shrimp. It gives it that added crunch! Just be sure to clean it out before cooking and consuming. Simply toss the shrimp in light olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic (of course) and pan fry it on the stove top until it is a nice pink shade. Why not also toss in some vegetables to pan fry also!?
