Coral Reef, you are finally mine! I don`t know why I say it like that... It wasn`t like it was hard to find. I just kept forgetting to pick it up. Well, I finally remembered! I`m glad I have it now because it is just as pretty as it was in the photos I saw of it. Coral Reef is a creme finish pinky-coral. I find that it doesn`t really lean too orange. I definitely get more of a pink vibe from it. I actually prefer that. While I do enjoy the more orange-corals, I find myself reaching for the pink-leaning ones more. I don`t know that I`d say this is a unique color, especially the last couple of years, but it is nice all the same and fantastic that it is from such an affordable line of polish. This was a more opaque polish but I did need two coats to smooth everything over. That is what you see in the photos, two coats. Something I didn`t care for, though, was the consistency. I found my bottle to be a bit on the thicker side. Not gloopy thick or enough that it warranted thinner, but enough that when I went back for the second coat, the first coat was still kind of gummy feeling. All in all, if you are looking for a vibrant and affordable coral nail polish I`d say give this one a go. It is quite easy to find and most stores selling polish will carry Sally Hansen. This runs between $1.99-$3.50 depending on where you shop.
