It seems that I haven`t painted my nails in the longest while, and I have recently dug back into my nail polish collection. For a while there, I was working some labourous jobs, which was a disaster for my hands, and especially my nails. I usually grow my nails, but for the longest while, I was forced to cut them short so I wouldn`t break them while at work.
Now that I have grown them out a bit, I decided to break back into my nail polish collection.
This time, I chose Sally Hansen`s Black and Blue from the `Complete Salon Manicure` line. It`s a really cool duo/multichrome colour, that mostly looks blue, but gives hints of purple and teal at certain angles. Like the name suggests, it even looks almost black at times, since it is such a deep colour.
It has a great metallic finish, and is one of those colours that could work in a multitude of situations!
I included 2 pictures (with flash and without) since it`s hard to catch all the elements of this polish at once.
I do also like how easily it applied - especially with the extra wide brush that this line has. It was opaque in two coats which was awesome! It`s a bit of a darker colour, which makes it great for the cool weather.....
I`m enjoying this colour, and I look forward getting back into my nail polishing :P
