Do you eat enough fruits and veggies? I know that we are suppose to eat 5 per day, but somehow I can never manage this :( My schedule is very busy, and between an apple and chocolate bare, I always go for chocolate :D
HOWEVER.... I have a salat day once a week! Then it`s all about veggies :) And it`s so easy! Just mix whatever veggies (and fruit, why not) that you have in fridge, add some boiled eggs and chicken (white) meat, spice it up with lemon juice- and you are done! I like to add nuts too. These nuts on pic are honeyglazed and sooo good!
So what do you think about salat day? Yes or no? Is it something that you cold do?
Plus +++ it`s kinda de-tox from everything else that you eat during the week.
