The other day I was starving and didnt have much to make so I looked around my kitchen to see what I could find and come up with. In the process I found a can of spam and some lettuce I thought I would make myself a salad with some spam just like a chicken Cesar salad but with spam. I cooked the spam and then cut it into pieces, I also added some carrot. I didnt add any dressing because I didnt know how it would taste with the spam and I didnt want to have to throw it away id it didnt taste good. It was a bit healthier without dressing anyways but not so healthy because it had the spam. But all in all it was pretty good by itself.
What do you guys think?
