Another healthy recipe for you. This is a chicken and black bean salad with avocados( optional). This meal takes about 25-30 minutes and its just as yummy as it looks.
First, season a 12 oz boneless chicken breast, and brown in it in a skillet until cooked to your liking. Some people like well done, I prefer medium rare because its juicier and more tender. After this is done, set aside to cool while you prepare the other ingredients.
Second, chop the following ingredients.
1/4 cup red peppers
1/4 cup green peppers
1 Clove garlic
Any additional ingredients you might like.
Next, add 1 can black beans( rinsed) to salad bowl along with the chopped ingredients.. Season to taste with salt and pepper..
Finally, get a bed of lettuce and serve on top.... Enjoy..
