Rushfit workout

I have just ended my third week of Rushfit, and i have already noticed a difference. Rushfit is an eight week training program that comes with five workout videos- about 45 minutes each. Each video starts with a 8 minute warm-up, continues with a 30 minute workout, and ends with a 7 minute cool down. The Workout has the 5 five minute rounds of intense exercise that`s meant to simulate a MMA fight.

The Rushfit was design for everyone to use. It comes with 3 Training Calendars - Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced. All you need are 2 - 25lbs dumbbells and you can do this workout Just about anywhere.
