So I started to run quite a bit couple of months ago ready for the race for life run in my town. However I found it quite hard to run a long way even a mile was pushing it. After i done a months worth of running, I felt crap. I think i over did it since I went from no running to running nearly everyday for 3 miles.
I was wondering if anyone got any tips on how to run a long way and not feel crap??
