i want to just tell you about the stairs i run almost everyday. so there is a park by my house which has these 150 stairs so i go up and down them with my sisters and mom. they really get your heart pumping especially when you lunge up the stairs. it really helps get you in shape. there is also another 50 stairs maybe five minutes so i sometimes do those before going to the others. if you have stairs near your house, whatever length, go run them!!
