Running in the morning.

Hello Beautifuls.
So lately I wake up super early in the morning to run. It just gets me ready and energetic for the day. I love running out when the sun isn`t out yet and when it`s cool. After I run I would eat a bowl of Oatmeal or yogurt. Healthy and Beneficial for your body. Running helps you lose weight and get leg muscles.
