running is a great thing to do. its great for your health and overall body. you need to run to get that heart rate up and pounding. what i like to do is run for a few miles without stopping and then walk it off when you get home. you see walking is exercising but you are cooling off at the same time so its great. i always like to run since it gets out all of your stress and anger and you can just cruise and let the wind bow in your hair. great way to lose weight and feel good about yourself. so go for a run right now. bye.
