I started back running again for my over all health and just because running makes me feel good. And I came across this magazine when I got one of the little papers to subscribe.
I wanted to know more about how I could be a better runner so I subscribed and I gotta say that it has really helped me keep in the know how to take better care of myself so I don`t injury myself and how to become an over all better runner.
It tells you how you can get faster and what the best things are to eat to fuel your runs. So I just wanted to show it to you guys so you can check it out for yourself. I feel a lot happier and healthier since I`ve started back running, but the magazine has made me a smarter runner.
