Running is a super sport to keep your body in wonderful shape when you haven`t got a lot of time to get fit. Last monday, I went for a twenty minutes run around my University campus. I really enjoyed my run because it allowed me to relieve some of the stress I got after my hard day at college. In twenty minutes I was able to destress, get some fresh air and work out all at once.
Running is a great exercise because it is free to do you don`t need to be a member of a gym to go for runs and you definitely do not need to spend a lot of money on gym gear. I recommend you need to put a little bit of money into buying a good pair of running runners but these will do you years if you take care of them.
