Now that the weather has improved here, it`s time to start my exercise routine again!
Typically, first for a brief heating of 5 minutes. Then run at least 30 minutes. At that time I switch the speed of the race. Then do anaerobic exercise: abdominal (50), crunches (25) and dorsal (50).
Finally, lengthen 5 minutes.
Exercise is very important to our health and should be practiced in a fun way for us to seize the moment.
I prefer the early morning or later in the day, but usually do on my street at night!
