Rolls of veal with fennel and pita bread

Today I will give you a menu of meat in order to try and I want your opinion ...


4 veal loin steaks with 125g each
75g fresh herbs
coarse salt
two bulbs of fennel
olive oil
4 slices of pita bread


Pick 4 steaks of similar size.
Distend them with a rolling pin and pass them from one side, by mixing chopped herbs.
Wrap separately steaks with herbs inside, and secure with toothpicks.
Brown the rolls in a pan with a little butter and salt.
Sprinkle with ground pepper and barely finish cooking in the oven.
Peel the fennel bulbs and cut them finely sliced.
Arrange them on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cook them in the oven.
Brush the bread with olive oil and heat it in the oven too.
Compose the dish with three ingredients and serve.
