My mom loves to buy dduk or rice cake when they are on sale at the end of the day at Hmart. They are best when they just have been pulled out of the machine. When they get old, they harden up due to all the starch and such. So....what we do is we pan roast them for a while. Just cut them up in a clean dry pan. On a low heat, cook them on all four sides even though circles do not really have sides. Then eat. Mhmmm. I love it with honey, but red paste sauce or siracha or soy sauce is good. I don`t have honey so I will go with the siracha
