I was feeling a little fancy last night and prepped this awesome dinner for a friend and myself. I live me some lamb, so when I saw it at the grocery store I picked it up to prep at home.
Fancy dinner with very little work. Literally two steps and pop it in the oven for about 20 mins and you`re done.
I basicallybjust rubbed the lamb rack with dry steak seasoning (being generous and really packing in on). Then popped it in the oven at 425 degrees for about 20 mins. Let the lamb we for about 5 minutes after roasting to lock in the juices before slicing into it.
Pair it with roasted veggies and you have an effortless and fantastic meal!
