When I was grilling the other day I thought it would be good to toss some garlic on the grill too. I saw on some food blogs that it was pretty easy to make Roasted Garlic so I wanted to give it a try. It wasn`t difficult at all! Just cut off the garlic head. Drizzle olive oil. Wrap it in foil. And place it on the grill, checking often. It was so good I ate it spread on fresh bread.
